Information on delivery times

Delivery times for deliveries within Austria are 1-2 working days. Freight items may also take an additional 1-2 working days.
For deliveries to all other EU countries, an additional 1-2 working days must be added. 

For deliveries to Switzerland, please allow 5-7 working days.

Orders from Switzerland must be placed via www.kinderauto.ch .

If you order several items from us as part of a single order for which different delivery times apply, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time for the goods shipment as a whole shall be the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

Information on calculating the delivery date

In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract, and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday generally recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
