Withdrawal policy
Introduction Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (KinderAuto e.U. Owner: Christian Gurtner, Auwiesen 3, A-4933 Aspach, Austria, Tel.: 0043 699 / 10133038, email: info@kinderauto.at) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs, arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the one offered by us , the cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract has been received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier point in time. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning such goods, which due to their nature cannot normally be returned to us by post (forwarding goods), are estimated at a maximum of approximately 55 euros for each such item. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of them which is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, do not belong to any Member State of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union.
General Notes
- Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
- Please do not return the goods to us carriage forward.
- Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
